Host or attend our seasonal cooking workshops

Seasonal workshops celebrating intuition, local food, and community. Join Shannon for an intimate, hands-on cooking experience where the recipe is guided by the season and our senses.

Cook Together,
Connect Deeply

Each workshop centers around the humble chili — warm, nourishing, and super adaptable. We cook together as a group, using the freshest local vegetables and ingredients sourced from nearby farms. No fixed recipe, but a collective curiosity to help lead the way.

This series is all about presence and connection. Shannon will guide you through the rhythm of intuitive cooking: tasting, smelling, and adjusting as we go. Celebrate what the land offers and rediscover the joy of cooking with one another, not just for one another.
